Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 2 Zoning Map No. 2— Brawley Area

The map entitled "Brawley Area," Zoning Map No. 02 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 02 shall become effective July 1, 1988.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being. Legally identified as Parcel I, No ½ of Tr 42 and Lot I 5 excepting therefrom that portion of said Tr 42 lying south of the centerline of the paved highway extending east and west across said Tr 42; Parcel 2, Lot 27 and portion of Lot 23 lying east of east line of Tr 43, extended northerly in Sec. 23; Parcel 3, portion of Lot 19 in Sec. 25, lying west of Moorhead Canal and portion of Tract 41; Parcel 4, portion of Tract 41, within Township 13 South, Range 14 East, SBB&M in an unincorporated area of Imperial County, state of California, Assessor's Parcel Number 047-390-01-01 (Approximately 226.94 acres);

Is hereby changed from: "A-2" (general agriculture) to "G/S" (government/special public) (approximately 226.94 acres).

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP 2296, THAT PORTION OF THE EAST ½ OF TRACT 40, TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH, RANGE 14 EAST, S.B.M., IN AN UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COUNTY OF IMPERIAL, ALSO KNOWN BY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 046-090-32-01.

are hereby changed from: A-2 (general agriculture) to C-2 (general commercial).

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as that portion Parcel 1 Parcel Map 1700 Tract 199 Township 13 South, Range 14 East, 10.90 acres, and Portion of Parcel 1 Parcel Map 1700 Tract 70 Township 13 South, Range 14 East, in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, according to the official plat thereof, Assessor Parcel Number 046-030-013-000 and 046-030-014-000.

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT PORTION OF TRACT 199 AND TRACT 70 AND PARCELS #046-030-013-000 and 046-030-014-000 IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM "A-2-U" (GENERAL AGRICULTURE/RURAL) and "M-2" MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL TO "G/S" GOVERNMENT/SPECIAL PUBLIC.
