The map entitled "Heber Dunes Area," Zoning Map No. 17 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 17 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:
All of Tract 70, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-52-01.
The East half of Tract 71, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 055-19-20-01, and 055-190-21-01.
The West half of Tract 71, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-22-01.
The South 40 acres of the West 80 acres of Tract 72, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-53-01.
The East half of the East half, and the North half of the West half of the East half of Tract 69, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-51-01.
The South half of the West half, of the East half of Tract 69, Township 16 South, Range 15 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-50-01.

Further described as, beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract 96, said Township and Range thence North 89° 43' West, along the South line of said Tract 96, 1327.82 feet; thence South 0° 09' 30" East, 15.75 feet; thence South 88° 58' East 1328.02 feet; thence North 0° 09' 30" West, 33.42 feet to the point of beginning.
