The map entitled "Niland Area," Zoning Map No. 11 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 11 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The map entitled "Townsite of Niland," Zoning Map No. 11A is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 11A shall become effective July 1, 1998.
