Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 45 Zoning Map No. 45— Imperial West Area

The map entitled "Imperial West Area," Zoning Map No. 45 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 45 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being:

Parcel 1: Legally identified as Tract 59, and the South Half of Tract 57, and Lots 2, 3 and 8, and that Part of Lot 9, Lying North of the North Line of Tract 42, extended Westerly, and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter in Section 26, All in Township 15 South, Range 12 East, S.B.M.,

Parcel 2: Lots 1, 4, and 7, in Section 26, and that portion of Tract 210, Lying South and West of Salt Creek and West of New River as said Creek and river creek were located April 30, 1947, all in Township 15 South, Range 12 East, S.B.M. in the unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California,

Assessor's Parcel Numbers 034-320-01-01 and 034-320-25-01 (Approximately 450 acres);

is changed from: A-2 (general agriculture) to A-3 (heavy agriculture).
