Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 6 Zoning Map No. 6— Calipatria Area

The map entitled "Calipatria Area," Zoning Map No. 06 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 06 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The map entitled "Calipatria Area" Zoning Map No. 6 (Section 92506.00 of the Codified Ordinances) is amended in the following particular only.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as that portion of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, and the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 12 South, Range 14 East, SBM, in an unincorporated areas of the county of Imperial, state of California, shown and designated as Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. PM-2405.

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT PORTION OF PM-2405 AND PARCEL #024-260-032-001 IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM: "A-2" (GENERAL AGRICULTURE) TO "M-2" (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL).

FOR SOUTHEAST ¼ SECTION 21 and SOUTHWEST ¼ SEC 22 TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH RANGE 14 EAST APPROX. ½ OF 89 ACRE PARCEL, APN 040-240-007-000

"A-2U" (General Agriculture Urban) to "M-2U" (Medium Industrial Urban.
