92505.00 - Zoning Map No. 5—Imperial Area.¶
The map entitled "Imperial Area," Zoning Map No. 05 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 05 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

92505.01 - Amendment to Zoning Map No. 5—Imperial Area.¶
The map entitled "Imperial Area" Zoning Map No. 05 is amended in the following particular only:
The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property being Lots 86, 87, 89, 90, 91, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, and 107 of Imperial Subdivision #1 in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, as per Map No. 899, Assessor Parcel Numbers 043-793-05-01, 043-793-06-01, 043-070-13-01, particularly described as; Desert Mirage Estates Tract 00951.
Lots 01 through 408 are changed from A-1-U (light agriculture) to R-1 (low density residential).
Lots 409 through 412 are changed from A-1-U (light agricultural urban) to R-3 (medium density residential).
Also lots retention parcel "A" and retention and park parcel "B" are changed from A-1-U (light agricultural urban) to G/S (government/special public zone).
