The map entitled "Pine Union School Sandia Area," Zoning Map No. 29 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 29 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The map entitled "Pine Union School Sandia Area" Zoning Map No. 29 is amended in the following particular only.
The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:
The West half of the South half of Tract 69, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 050-030-36-01, and approximately 40 acres in size.
All of Tract 67, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 050-030-36-01, and approximately 40 acres in size.
is changed from A-2-R (general agriculture rural) to A-3 (heavy agriculture).
