Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 14 Zoning Map No. 14— Keystone Area

The map entitled "Keystone Area," Zoning Map No. 14 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 14 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

Parcel 1 of PM 1226 of portion of Tract 66, Township 14 South, Range 14 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 040-360-17-01.

is changed from: M-2 (medium industrial) to M-3 (heavy industrial).

is changed from: A-2-G (agriculture-general) and A-3-G (agriculture-heavy) to A-M-1 (agriculture related-light industrial).
