Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 39 Zoning Map No. 39— Mccabe Area Zoning

The map entitled "McCabe Area Zoning," Zoning Map No. 39 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 39 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The map entitled "McCabe Area" Zoning Map No. 39 (Section 92539.00 of the Codified Ordinances) is amended in the following particular only.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being. Legally identified as Portions of Tract 83 and 82, Township 16 South, Range 13 East, SBB&M in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 052-400-06-01, 052-400-23-01, and 052-400-24-01 (Approximately 24.64 acres);

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

PORTIONS OF TRACT 83 AND 82 IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM: A-2 GENERAL AGRICULTURE TO "G/S" (GOVERNMENT/SPECIAL PUBLIC) (approximately 24.64 acres).

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as portion of Tract 83 and 82, Township 16 South, Range 13 East, SBB&M, in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, Assessor Parcel Number (portion of) 052-400-031-000 (Approximately 6.24 acres):

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

PORTION OF TRACT 83 AND 82 IS HEREBY CHANGE FROM "A-2-R" GENERAL AGRICULTURE/RURAL TO "GIS" (GOVERNMENTAL/SPECIAL PUBLIC) (approximately 6.24 acres).
