92559.00 - Zoning Map No. 59—Ocotillo Area.¶
The map entitled "Ocotillo Area," Zoning Area No. 59 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land with the area of the map. Zone Map No. 59 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

92559.01 - Amendment to Zoning Map No. 59—Ocotillo Area.¶
The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:
The zone classification of that certain parcel of real property being legally identified as Lot 1, Block 16, Ocotillo Unit 2 (Township 16 South, Range 9 East, S.B.B.M.), in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, according to the official plat thereof, Assessor Parcel Number 033-574-004-000.
THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 1, BLOCK 16, OCOTILLO UNIT 2 (TOWNSHIP 16 SOUTH, RANGE 9 EAST, S.B.B.M.), IN AN UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COUNTY OF IMPERIAL, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 033-574-004-000 IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM "R-1/L40" (LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/40 ACRE LOT SIZE MINIMUM) TO "C-2" (GENERAL-MEDIUM) COMMERCIAL.

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as a portion of the Coyote Wells Quadrangle, Portions of Sections 4, 5, 32 and 33, Township 16 and 16½ South, Range 10 East, SBBM: Also identified by the following Assessor's Parcel Numbers:
