Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 4 Zoning Map No. 4— Holtville Area

The map entitled "Holtville Area," Zoning Map No. 04 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 04 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as a Portion of Par A, CofC LLA 00143 of Tr. 72 and 73, and Portion of Par B, LL-9, Township 15 South, Range 15 East, SBB&M, in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, according to the official plat thereof, Assessor Parcel Numbers 045-570-072-000, 3.85 acres, and 045-570-073-000, 7.01 acres, shown and designated on ROS 1-7 on file in the Office of County Recorder.

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT PORTION OF TRACT 72 AND 73, AND PARCELS #73 AND #73, OF ROS-1 ARE HEREBY CHANGED FROM: "A-I-U" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL/URBAN) TO "M-1-U" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL/URBAN) (approximately 11 acres).
