The map entitled "Southwest Salton City," Zoning Map No. 64 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 64 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real properly being legally identified as the entirety of Tract 560, Sections 19 and 26, Township 10 South, Range 10 East, S.B.M, in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, according to the official plat thereof, Assessor Parcel Number's 014-112-001, 002, and 003; 014-113-001 and 002; 014-114-001; 002, 003, and 004; 014-115-001, 002, and 003; 014-116-001; 014-117-001; 014-118-001, 002, and 003; 014-119-001 and 002; 014-171-001, 002, 003, and 004; 014-172-001; 014-173-001, 002, and 003; 014-174-001; 014-175-001 and 002; 014-176-001, 002, 003, and 004; 014-177-001 and 002; and 014-178-001, 004, 010, 011, and 012.

THE ZONE CHANGE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT ENTIRETY OF TRACT 560 KNOWN AS PARCEL #'S 014-112-001, 002, and 003; 014-113-001 and 002; 014-114-001, 002, 003, and 004; 014-115-001, 002, and 003; 014-116-001; 014-117-001; 014-118-001, 002, and 003; 014-119-001 and 002; 014-171-001, 002, 003, and 004; 014-172-001; 014-173-001, 002, and 003; 014-174-001; 014-175-001 and 002; 014-176-001, 002, 003, and 004; 014-177-001 and 002; and 014-178-001, 004, 010, 011, and 012, ARE HEREBY CHANGED FROM: "C-1" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL) TO "C-2" (MEDIUM COMMERCIAL).
