Imperial County Municipal Code Ch. 30 Zoning Map No. 30— Sandia East Area

The map entitled "Sandia East Area," Zoning Map No. 30 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 30 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, and more particularly described as:

The East half of the South half of Tract 69, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 050-030-36-01, and approximately 40 acres in size.

All of Tract 68, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 050-030-36-01, and approximately 40 acres in size.

All of Tract 62, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 050-030-36-01, and approximately 309 acres in size.

That portion of the West half of the North half of Tract 54, Township 15 South, Range 16 East, SBBM; also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 050-040-89-01, and approximately 37.90 acres in size.

is changed from A-2-R (general agriculture rural) to A-3 (heavy agriculture).
