The map entitled "Lantana School Area," Zoning Map No. 46 is adopted to designate a specific land use zone for each parcel of land within the area of the map. Zone Map No. 46 shall become effective July 1, 1998.

The zone classification of those certain parcels of real property situated in the county of Imperial, state of California, more particularly described as:
The zone classification of those certain parcel(s) of real property being legally identified as Lots 3 and 4 Section 20, Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 Section 29, Township 15 South, Range 12 East, SBB&M, in an unincorporated area of the county of Imperial, state of California, Assessor Parcel Number(s) 034-290-029-000, 034-300-032-000 and 034-300-029-000 (approximately 11.29 +/- acres):
The zone change shall be as follows:
Portion of Lot 3 of Section 20 is hereby changed from "S-2" Open Space to "A-3" (Heavy Agriculture) (approximately 11.29 +/- acres).
