2.84.020 - Adult supervision fee.

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.lb(a), the county of Imperial establishes an adult supervision fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month per individual. However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.030 - Adult electronic application fee and monitoring fee.

A. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.2(b)(1), the county of Imperial establishes an adult electronic application fee of ten dollars ($10.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

B. Pursuant to Code Sections 1208.2(b)(1) and 1203.016(g), the county of Imperial establishes an adult monitoring fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) per day per individual. However, pursuant to statute, the amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.040 - Adult pre-sentencing investigation fee.

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.lb(a), the county of Imperial establishes an adult pre-sentence investigation fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per case. However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.050 - Processing of installment payment oversight fee.

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.lb(h), the county of Imperial establishes a fee processing of installment payment oversight fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.060 - Drug testing fees.

A. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.1ab, the county of Imperial establishes an adult testing fee of seven dollars ($7.00) per test. However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.070 - Record clearance/sealing of records fees.

A. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.4, the county of Imperial establishes a record clearance fee of forty dollars ($40.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

B. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.45, the county of Imperial establishes a sealing of records fee of forty dollars ($40.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

2.84.080 - Work furlough and county parole application fee and administration fee.

A. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.2(b)(1), the county of Imperial establishes an application fee for work furlough of ten dollars ($10.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

B. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.2(b)(1), the county of Imperial establishes an administrative fee for work furlough of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day. However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

C. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.2(b)(1), the county of Imperial establishes an application fee for county parole of ten dollars ($10.00). However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.

D. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.2(b)(1), the county of Imperial establishes an administration fee for county parole of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day. However, pursuant to statute, this amount may be adjusted by the probation department based on ability to pay.
