2.36.010 - Consolidation of office of sheriff-coroner duties.¶
The duties of the office of sheriff and of coroner of the county of Imperial, state of California, are pursuant to Government Code Section 24300 consolidated. This section is intended to continue in effect the provisions of Ordinance No. 114 which consolidated the duties of the office of sheriff and of coroner, which ordinance was erroneously repealed by Ordinance No. 142 of the county of Imperial.

2.36.020 - Duties to collect fees.¶
In addition to any other duties prescribed by law, the sheriff-coroner shall provide for the collection of and account for the proper distribution of the following fees for services, inspections or permits as set out in Section 2.36.030. The following schedules are not intended to exclude the collections of any other applicable fees.

2.36.030 - Sheriff-coroner department fees.¶
The following sheriff-coroner department service fees are established:
