2.76.010 - Civil trial juror fees.¶
Pursuant to Section 215 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the fees for trial jurors in the superior courts, in civil cases is fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day for each day's attendance as a juror. The jurors shall be reimbursed for mileage at the rate of fifteen cents ($0.15) per mile for each mile actually traveled in attending court as a juror in going only. The juror fee and mileage rate shall be effective on January 1, 2002.

2.76.020 - Criminal trial juror fees.¶
