2.100.010 - County law library established.¶
A law library for the county of Imperial, state of California, is established and shall be maintained at the courthouse of the county, at the city of El Centro, in the county, which law library shall be governed and managed by the board of law library trustees, who shall disburse all moneys under its control and perform all other duties as may now or hereafter be prescribed by law.

2.100.020 - Board of law library trustees.¶
The board of law library trustees of the county of Imperia1, shall consist of the judges of the superior court, and the chairperson of the board of supervisors who shall be ex-officio members thereof, and three members of the bar of the county; the members of the board, other than the ex-officio members thereof, shall be appointed by the board of supervisors of the county at its first meeting in January of each year.
