2.72.010 - Imperial County superior court.¶
There is created a superior court district which embraces the entire county of Imperial. This court shall be known as the Imperial County superior court.

2.72.020 - Location of offices.¶
The principal offices and facilities of the superior court shall be maintained at or near El Centro. Additionally, court facilities shall be maintained at the cities of Brawley, Calexico, Calipatria, Holtville, Imperial, and Westmorland and in the unincorporated community of Winterhaven.
The board of supervisors may, upon the advice of the presiding judge of the superior court, determine to maintain court facilities at other locations. Such other locations shall be designated by resolution adopted by the board of supervisors.
