12.20.010 - Established.¶
Two-way left-turn lanes are established at the following locations on the following highways, pursuant to Section 21460.5 of the Vehicle Code:
Carmel Rancho Boulevard, on Carmel Rancho Boulevard, from a point thereon three hundred fifty (350) feet north of its intersection with Rio Road north for a distance of three hundred (300) feet;
Russell Road, on Russell Road, from its intersection with North Main Street to its intersection with Van Buren Avenue;
Salinas Road, from a point on Salinas Road three hundred (300) feet north of Fruitland Road to a point three hundred (300) feet south of Fruitland Road, for a length of six hundred (600) feet.
San Juan Road, on San Juan Road, in the Pajaro area, from its intersection with Allison Road generally west to its intersection with Porter Drive;
San Miguel Canyon Road, on San Miguel Canyon Road, from its intersection with State Highway 101 generally northwest to a point thereon three hundred (300) feet generally northwest of its intersection with Moro Road.
