Do not abbreviate. Enter any hyphens listed. Use both address lines if needed. Include any “ATTN” listed on Line 3a. You may run out of room – enter as much as you can.• Country/Postal Code – Whenever possible, we try to only enter the Country name on this line. But if you run out of room on the 2 address lines above, you can use the country line for input. If you do not have a postal code, input 5 zeros.\
