Users will be disabled after 30 days of inactivity. After 90 days, permissions will be removed in the system. If a user is inactive for over a year, the account will be deleted, and user must request access via BEARS.

Home Page: Upon login, users will be directed to the home page. The home page is the landing page for users in the US Certs application. At any time, a user can return to the home page by clicking the “Home” icon in the main menu.

My Worklist: A summary list of all work assigned to the user. Users can begin or continue work by selecting the Case ID of a work item.

Work Queue: A list of all work queues, with a count of unassigned work items available for processing. Users can select a work queue to view work within the selected queue.
