Note:

If when retyping the notice, there is a payment reflected on the module and in the Payments Section at the bottom of the OLNR display screen, add the total payment amount to the “Less Penalty Paid” field.

If an S corporation return is both late and incomplete, the penalty will be assessed for filing an incomplete return, unless the return is 12 months or more late.
