Delete the refund (CC NOREF) only if the taxpayer will not receive or not be able to cash a paper check. Direct deposit refunds that have been validated in IDRS will never have critical entity errors. See below for direct deposit indicators.

An entity error is considered non-critical when the taxpayer will receive the notice and refund, if applicable, as addressed (including the ability to cash a paper refund check).
