1.20.010 - Designation.¶

The city council may adopt by resolution an official city logo and official city letterhead.

1.20.020 - Authorized use.¶

Whenever in the course of conducting city business or related actions of the city, it shall be lawful to use and display the city logo and city letterhead as officially adopted. The use of the city logo and letterhead shall be used as authorized by the city council or city manager. The unauthorized use of the city logo or letterhead shall constitute a misdemeanor violation of law.
