Chapter 15.16 — FIREWORKS (TEMPORARY CROSS-REFERENCE)

Please be advised that the following legal notice is being issued to inform and facilitate access to the correct section of the relevant regulations. This temporary chapter has been created solely for the purpose of allowing residents to view the correct section until the necessary revisions to signage, ticket information, and posts are completed. On December 13, 2022, city council adopted Ordinance No. 3143 which moved Chapter 15.16 (Fireworks) to Chapter 15.28 (Fireworks) without alternation except for the chapter number.

The purpose of this temporary chapter is to ensure that residents have an opportunity to view and understand the correct section during the interim period.
