9.12.010 - Drinking in public.¶

No person shall drink any intoxicating liquor upon any public street, alley, sidewalk, park or other public place in the city. The provisions of this section shall apply to any person regardless of whether or not the person is in or upon an automobile, motorcycle, vehicle, conveyance or otherwise.

For the purpose of this section the term "intoxicating liquor" includes beer, wine, whiskey, gin or any other beverage containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume.
