2.28.010 - Created.¶

There is created and established a planning commission in conformity with Article VII of the Charter of the city.

2.28.020 - Planning department created.¶

In accordance with the provisions of Section 601 of the Charter of the city, the council creates and establishes a department of planning, which department shall be in charge of and headed by a planning director.
