Chapter 11.50 — PARKING OR STANDING OVER SEVENTY-TWO HOURS

11.50.010 - Removal—For violation of city ordinance.

Any vehicle parked or left standing for seventy-two or more consecutive hours in violation of any ordinance of the city authorizing removal may be removed in accordance with Article I, Chapter 10, Division II of the California Vehicle Code (Section 22651(k)).

11.50.020 - Removal—Authorized by state vehicle code.

Vehicles parked on any street of the city for seventy-two or more consecutive hours may be removed in accordance with Article I, Chapter 10, Division II of the California Vehicle Code (Section 22651(k)).
