Chapter 11.02 — PENALTIES FOR INFRACTIONS

11.02.010 - Designated.

A.

Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person violating any provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this title is guilty of an infraction. Any person convicted of an infraction under this title shall be penalized as follows:

Upon a first conviction, by a fine penalty not exceeding fifty dollars;

For a second conviction within a period of one year, by a fine penalty not exceeding one hundred dollars;

For a third or any subsequent conviction within a period of one year, by fine penalty not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars.

B.

Each person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of this title is committed, continued, or permitted by the person, and each person shall be penalized accordingly.
