14.08.010 Acts prohibited. It is unlawful for any person, willfully or negligently to do or commit, or cause or procure or assist or participate in the doing or committing, within the limits of the town, of any of the acts or things in this chapter enumerated. (Prior code §3111 (part)).
14.08.020 Allowing fire to spread. Allowing a fire, for which a permit has been obtained as hereinafter provided, to escape from control, or to spread to the lands of any person other than the person to whom the permit was given is unlawful. (Prior code §3111(part)).
14.08.030 Dropping burning substance in brush. Throwing or dropping in dry grass, weeds or brush, a lighted cigarette, cigar, hot cinders or ashes or other burning substance or material is unlawful. (Prior code §3111(part)).
