Ross Municipal Code § 1.08

1.04.010 Manner of presentation.

All ordinances shall be presented, introduced, passed and adopted in accordance with the procedure set forth in the law governing sixth class cities in the Government Code of the state of California as amended from time to time. (Prior code §2100)

1.08.020 Publication.

Every ordinance shall be signed by the mayor, attested by the clerk, and posted in at least three public places in the town; provided that the clerk shall file with each ordinance in the ordinance book an affidavit of the posting of the ordinance. (Prior code §2101)
