2.12.010 Office of town engineer.¶

2.12.020 Compensation of town engineer.¶

2.12.010 Office of town engineer. The office of town engineer shall be filled by the appointment of the town manager. The town engineer shall hold a valid license as a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California. (Ord. 728 (part), 2025; Prior code §2200).

2.12.020 Compensation of town engineer. The town engineer shall be paid for the work connected with their office as the town manager shall determine. (Ord. 728 (part), 2025; Prior code §2201).
