9.40.010 Withdrawal of access and use of public property. 9.40.020 Manner of closure.¶
9.40.010 Withdrawal of access and use of public property. Whenever the public health, safety or welfare requires such, any property owned or controlled by the town may be withdrawn by the council from the personal access and use of members of the public, or such access and use may be limited in area or time or in any other reasonable manner deemed necessary by the council. (Ord. 372 §1(part), 1976).
9.40.020 Manner of closure. The withdrawal or limitation provided for in Section 9.40.010 shall be by motion, or resolution of the council, and thereafter it shall be unlawful and constitute a trespass for any person to use such property without permission, or in a manner other than that prescribed. This chapter does not limit or restrict any person from access or use who has a private right in the property. (Ord. 372 §1(part), 1976).
