8.20.010 Hitching of animals to trees.¶
8.20.010 Hitching of animals to trees. It is unlawful to any person to tether or hitch any animal to any shade tree or ornamental tree or to any stake, case or box about the tree upon any of the public streets or grounds of the town, or upon any of the streets or grounds dedicated to the public use. (Ord. 405 §18, 1979; prior code §4134).
