Sec. 5.20. Printing.¶
The Controller shall cause the budget, as finally adopted, to be printed, with a reasonable number of copies for public distribution. The departmental budgets of the departments of the city government given control of their own special funds, as provided for in the Charter, shall also be printed with said budget.
