Sec. 5.4. Procedures for Preparation and Adoption of Budget.¶
The procedures for the submission of budget estimates to the Mayor, the submission of the Mayor’s proposed budget, the Council consideration of the proposed budget and the official actions related to the adoption of the City budget are set forth in Sections 311 through 315 of the Charter.
