For closed-loop systems, the system shall be flushed of debris and purged of air after completion of the entire ground-heat exchanger. Flow rates and pressure drops shall be compared to calculated values to assure no blockage or kinking of the pipe. A report shall be submitted to the owner to confirm that the loop flow is in accordance with the construction documents.
