A site survey shall be conducted prior to designing the geothermal system. The requirements for construction documents shall be defined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Where no guidance is provided, the following information shall be provided:

(1) Ground-heat exchanger dimensions.

(2) Grout or sealing specifications, as applicable.

(3) Dimensions from building to water well, ground-heat exchanger, or submerged heat exchanger.

(4) Operating temperatures and pressures.
