Prior to excavation, trenching, or drilling, buried utilities, drainage, water, and irrigation systems shall be located. Prior to excavation, trenching, or drilling, the contractor, and owner shall agree in writing to site restoration requirements and submit to the Authority Having Jurisdiction for approval. Prior to any excavation, trenching, or drilling, all buried utilities including drainage and irrigation systems shall be located and flagged by the appropriate utility and ground source heat pump system contractor representative.
