Note:

Meeting events with estimated costs under $20,000 are exempt from STETS input.

Business units must upload requests for training, meetings, conferences, etc., with costs of $20,000 and greater in the STETS. STEM will prepare all such training, meeting and conference requests for review by the Servicewide Training Advisory Council. They will recommend the events to the Commissioner for his review, who, at his discretion, will either approve or disapprove them.
