Sec. 1-2-41. - Separation of office from Recorder.

The office of County Auditor of the County of Orange is hereby separated from the office of Recorder of said County, and the duties of said office shall be performed by a separate person.

Sec. 1-2-42. - Qualifications.

The provisions of Title 3, Division 2, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 4 (commencing with Section 26945, including 26945.1) of the Government Code relating to the qualifications and continuing educational requirements of the county auditor are adopted and shall be effective in the County of Orange regarding the office of Orange County Auditor-Controller.
