Sec. 1-2-184. - Establishment.

Pursuant to section 535.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code of the State of California, a Delinquency Prevention Commission is hereby established in the County of Orange.

Sec. 1-2-185. - Purpose.

The purpose of said Commission is to coordinate on a countywide basis the work of those governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency, and said Commission may cooperate with any such public or community committees, agencies or councils at their invitation.

Sec. 1-2-186. - Appointment of members.

The number of members of the Commission, the terms of the members, the manner of appointment or selection of the Commission, and all other matters relating to the Commission shall be established by resolution of this Board.
