Sec. 1-2-198. - Creation of Boards.¶
Five (5) Assessment Appeals Boards are hereby created for the County of Orange, pursuant to section 16 of article XIII of the California Constitution and section 1620 et seq. of the Revenue and Taxation Code. Said Assessment Appeals Boards shall be known and identified as Assessment Appeals Board No. 1, Assessment Appeals Board No. 2, Assessment Appeals Board 3, Assessment Appeals Board No. 4, and Assessment Appeals Board No. 5.

Sec. 1-2-199. - Appointment of members.¶
Pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 1623.1, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange shall directly appoint the members and alternates to the Assessment Appeals Boards of the County of Orange upon the expiration of any term of office or the occurrence of any vacancy on such boards.
