Sec. 1-2-250. - Establishment.¶
Pursuant to section 50262 of the Government Code, a Human Relations Commission is hereby established for this County.

Sec. 1-2-251. - Appointment of members.¶
The number of members of the Commission, the terms of the members, the manner of appointment or selection of the Commission, and all other matters relating to the Commission shall be established by resolution of this Board.
