Sec. 1-2-292. - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.¶

Pursuant to section 25100.5 of the Government Code the Board of Supervisors hereby provides that the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors may be appointed by the Board, and the County Clerk is not ex officio Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
