2.42.010 - Contract authorization.¶
A contract is authorized between the city council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System. A copy of said contract is attached to Ordinance 397, marked Exhibit A, and by such reference is made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.

2.42.020 - Execution by mayor.¶
The mayor of the city is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of the agency referred to in Section 2.42.010.
