2.12.010 - Qualifications for receiving state aid.¶
The city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state of California under the provisions of Chapter I of Title IV, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2.12.020 - Adherence to standards.¶
Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter I, as designated in Section 2.12.010, the city, while receiving aid from the state of California, pursuant to Chapter I, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
