5-5-1: SHORT TITLE:

This chapter may be cited as the TAFT DANGEROUS BUILDINGS CODE. (Ord. 696-02, 10-1-2002)

5-5-2: ADOPTION OF CODE:

That Code known as the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, which is promulgated and published by the International Council of Building Officials, is hereby adopted by reference and made part hereof as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
