5-19-1: SHORT TITLE:¶
This chapter may be cited as the TAFT ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-19-2: APPLICATION OF CODE:¶
The Taft Administrative Code shall be used in conjunction with the California Code of Regulations, parts 2 - 12. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-19-3: ADOPTION OF CODE:¶
That code known as the 2025 California Administrative Code of the California Code of Regulations, Part 1, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted and made part of this Chapter by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
